Louise Morley

Louise Morley has been working predominantly with digital cameras for over 5 years to create expressive, cinematic photography in a variety of disciplines. Louise draws inspirations from both her personal life and socio-political issues to create striking contemporary photography which demonstrates a unique creative perspective.

Louise explores themes of love, loss, and mourning in her still life and landscape work, while her portraiture work conveys her modern feminist ideals, and aims to represent her subjects’ lived experiences and their interpersonal relationships with integrity and sensitivity. Louise also works commercially, photographing weddings & events, sports & leisure, fashion, fine art, and headshots.

Louise graduated from CCCU with a First Class Honours BA in Photography 2024. Some of her work has been featured in popular photography zine Breaking Glass, and she recently exhibited work in the Earth Charter Exhibition at CCCU. Louise was nominated for the 2024 London Photo x Hahnemüle Student Award.
